Hi, I’m Dan — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey.

With nearly a decade of experience in mental health, addiction recovery, and sleep therapy, I help people live more grounded, purposeful, and well-rested lives. I believe therapy should be both effective and human.

My Philosophy

Life can be overwhelming — but it can also be meaningful.

My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in science. No one-size-fits-all plans — just thoughtful, collaborative care built around you.

My Background

I started my career in a detox facility, then spent three years in a psychiatric hospital supporting teens and adults through complex challenges. These experiences taught me how to show up for people in their most vulnerable moments.

In 2022, I launched my private practice. Today, I work with clients across New Jersey in individual therapy and CBT-I for sleep, focusing on anxiety, grief, and life transitions — always combining insight with practical steps forward.
